An event growth lab building the rooms where B2B tech deals start

Most event agencies are production shops with a marketing vocabulary. They will build you a beautiful booth and hand you a badge scan report nobody on your sales team will open.

I start from the other end. Who is in the room, why they would give you an evening of their life, and what needs to happen next for the event to be worth doing. Then I design backwards: invitation, format, seating, follow-through.

Small studio, senior hands. The person you meet is the person building it, sitting in the room on the night, and following up on Monday.
